To place a wholesale order and/or view wholesale pricing, you must be a registered and approved retailer. Please note, to be approved you must first provide a copy of your sales and use tax permit and your business name and address. You may email a copy of your permit to firstname.lastname@example.org
You may only sell on the URL or storefront that is submitted and approved through your wholesale application. Accounts may not utilize national/global selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Ebay.com, ETSY, JET, Shoptique, etc. Failure to comply will result in your wholesale status being revoked.
Area Exclusive Contracts are available on a case by case basis.
Opening orders are $100. Reorder minimum is $100
If you wish to order from Texas Custom Car Fresheners and Dusty Road Farm bath & body products, we can combine your order total to meet the opening and reorder minimums.
All prices and minimums subject to change without notice. All items ordered under the minimum unit or in incorrect multiples will be adjusted accordingly.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, we will promptly ship your order handling payment in one of the following manners:
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express)

Net 30-day terms are offered to retailers with a credit application and an established relationship with Texas Custom Car Fresheners. A late fee for past-due invoices will be charged $75.
International orders are handled on a credit card basis only. Payment may be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
Orders prepaid by check will only ship once the check is cleared. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
Orders taken over the phone or received by email will be sent an invoice via email to be paid prior to shipment.
Changes to Orders
Changes to orders must be made within 72 hours of order being placed. No changes to orders or cancellations can be made after this time.
We do not typically do backorders. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you for an alternative or remove it from the invoice.
Minimum Retail Pricing
We do not mandate a retail price.
Default shipment method is UPS Ground from Normangee, Texas. Orders larger in size/weight may be delivered via common carrier. If an alternate carrier is preferred, contact us prior to ordering to make shipping arrangements. On domestic packages refused by the customer, shipping charges to the customer and shipping charges back to Texas Custom Car Fresheners will be added to the customer’s account. Customers receiving orders in Texas usually receive shipment within one day of order being shipped.
Customer Order Pick-up
Customer order pick-up can be arranged only with prior approval.
Return and Exchange Policy
Do to orders being “made to order” and custom made, we do not except returns or exchanges unless products have been damaged during shipment.
It is the responsibility of the customer and/or authorized representative to thoroughly inspect shipments and report to any damages and/or discrepancies within 5 business days of receipt. Any visible freight damage to boxes or pallets must be noted on the delivery receipt. Any concealed damage (not factory flaw) noted with opening the shipment must be reported directly to the carrier as well as to Texas Custom Car Fresheners on the day of receipt.
Damaged products must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt. Digital photographs will be required in most cases to process claims.
Failure to comply with damage/discrepancy claims procedures could result in a denied claim.
